I had good, delicious, greasy pizza yesterday for the first time in a LONG time. And wouldn't you know it, I got sick! Oh no!! I went so far over!!
Today I decided to go out to eat with my friends, and instead of getting a salad, I overindulged and ended up 700 calories over!! AHHH!! I felt totally guilty but I'm going to try a lot harder this weekend. Maybe I'll make it to the gym tonight.

Should I put Total loss?
I am just wondering I have lost 50lbs since January 7, 2009. 19lbs of that is since I started here. When I started on this site I put what my weight was that day. Should I have put my weight from before I lost weight so it could keep a complete total of my weight loss?
