Bloating!

i'm confused on which i should put down as for my activity level. this is my routine when i get up in the morning: 40 mins of pilates or turbo jam jump my weight in jump rope (230) 20 mins on elliptical then throughout the day i'm hanging out with the kids, cleaning the house ect. 3 nights a week i also go to curves

shopping
i went shopping with my dad tonight, and will probably do it more often. i made him buy canned veggies, fruit (banana's, pears, blueberries and blackberries), celery, cucumbers, lettuce, tomatos, onions, and some thinsations (just in case!) so i am all set to stay on track next week!!!

I've always been a fan of jillian michaels so i decided to pick up her book called "Winning by Losing". its a fantastic read for anyone that would like a bit more direction. She examines a healthy life style as a whole including the diet, exercise and the mental aspect. i would highly recommend it.
