Headaches and food?

BLOATED!
I've always tried to figure out why I am constantly bloated. No matter what I eat, the moment anything hits my stomach I bloat! I eat 5 times a day, small meals. Anybody have any thoughts or suggestions for me?

Eating my exercise calories
If my daily calorie allowance is 1800 and I burn 500 exercising, should I eat the extra calories or still use 1800 as my guide?

I looked up Panera frech bagette nutritional info online and a 2 oz. serving is 150 calories. Does anyone know if the hunk of bread they give you is only 2 oz or is is more? It seems too good and too heavy to be true. I would like to know just what the piece of bread they give you actually weighs.

Anyone else feel hungrier on days they DON'T workout?
