So how do I figure out if an activity falls under what? I am trying to figure out how many calories are burned from jogging the beach for 1/2 hour. What and how do I figure this out if I can't find anything anywhere online? Does everyone have their own machine to do this? I'm still hopelessly trying to find "Ripstick"…

Headaches....

Feeling Sick
I went to bed last night feeling fine...and woke up this morning and felt like I had been run over by a Mack truck. Every time I move my head I feel like :sick: and I am dizzy. I dropped the Ball
I didn't even get my wife a mothers day card, I put my daughters gift (she bought herself) somewhere and I can't find, and then my wife informed me that I didn't do anything for her on her B-day in Jan. I'm Back
Well, I did what I said and took the weekend off from calorie counting for our 1st anniversary. I gained back everything that I lost!!! :grumble: Well, maybe it'll be a good metabolism booster now that I'm back on track... :tongue:

22 Pounds!
I hadn't lost anything for 4 days but I got on the scale this morning to happily find another drop, which means I have now lost 22 pounds in 5 weeks! When you do reports and then looking at "nutrition", why does it only say I had 800 calories on one of the days? Does that mean I had a day with only 800 worthy calories?

This Monday was my 2nd weigh in.... My initial was a yucky number.....286 My 1st weigh in I lost 5 lbs!!!!! My 2nd weigh in, today.....I lost an additional 3!!!! 8 down! I'm very excited and very motivated to have another good week!!!!!!!!!
