What do yall think?
I want to lose around 20 pounds...is it quicker to lose weight by running or strenght training. I've always been a fan of the Firm which are DVD's that provide an hour of strength training and aerobics but I know that I have heard that running is the best exercise. Any advice?

im not eating all the calories i should be
but when i try to i feel really full and bloated... i dont want to put my body in to starvation mode by not eating them...what should i do???

problems getting pregnant
Just curious if anyone has had any trouble getting pregnant while monitoring calories? My husband and I have been "trying" for almost a year with no success. I've always been very concious/overly concious of what I eat and typically stick around 1200-1500 cals. Is it possible that "dieting" could be hindering me? :grumble:

Eating healthy and its workin ...down 15 lbs since march 30t
I have been eating well and including some foods like a treat of frozen yogurt and having the occasional glass of wine. It has actually been easy this time, and I don't feel deprived.
