Feeling tired and run-down
I woke up this morning and I felt so weak that I could barely move. My arms and legs feel as if they have lead weights tied to them....what can I do to "perk up" so I can get my workout in for today? I have exercised every day for the last ten days and don't want to mess it up.

why count one over the other?

What's the "norm" for those gaining weight during their 1st
I gained weight in the first 2 weeks. I know that's accurate, I have read about the changes in metablism/muscle gain, etc. But I actually gained 12 pounds in 2 weeks. I'm doing a LOT of cardio bu riding bikes at the fastest pace I can 3 miles every other day. The other days I do strength work. I give my body 1 day of rest.

Floating poop
I believe someone posted the other day something about if your poop floats it means you're pooping out fat. Well I looked at my poop this morning and I have to say I got a little excited when I saw some of it floating because I figured I had pooped out some fat. :bigsmile:

How do I change my weight under goals?
I keep reading that you need to change your weight under your goals to adjust the number of calories you are allowed. When I went to my goals, my weight was correct as it adjusted itself. Is there something else I should be doing?

Earth Day is this Saturday!
