exercise and exhaustion
I started exercising about 3 weeks ago on my treadmill and stationary bike. I figured that by now I wouldn't be so tired all of the time. It seems like the more I workout the more tired I am. I walk 40 minutes on the treadmill at 3mph and 15 minutes on the bike at 12mph. Is this to much??? Is that why I am so tired??

Stuck at same weight
I have been stuck at the same weight since the 18th. I lost 9 pounds quickly and then the scale is stuck and to top it off today i gained a pound. I have a thyroid problem but I am on medication to keep it in check. Any ideas on how I can kick start my weight loss again?

I have been told that can eat up to 1400 calories a day. I work out for 30min per day minumin, plus walk on campus for classes.
