GOOD OR BAD???
If i eat healthy food throughout the day is it bad to eat some junk food too, as long as i stay within my calorie limit?? I'm trying really hard to eat healthy but its hard to stop eating junk alltogether when i was use to eating it whenever before i started dieting.

Interesting question about the calorie deficit.
I tracked the last 21 days, from Jan. 1 to Jan 21. I had actually started before that but just did the tracking at that time. I was at 257 on 1/1 and dropped to 239 on 1/21. I am very happy with that, BUT..... I tracked my calorie deficit during that time using this sites program and I had a deficit of 27, 557 calories.…

How much water do you drink?
I've heard in the past that drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces is great for weight loss ( I heard this through Weight Watchers) I tried it and it really did make a big difference. Now actually getting back into that habit is a whole 'nother battle! So how much do you drink?
