How do I get back to my old Calorie Limits
Hello. I checked my weight in today and MFP asked me if I wanted to review my needs or something. I stupidly said yes and now my daily calorie limit has gone down from 2150 to 2070. I was happily losing weight at 2150 so I'm not sure I want to change it. How do I get my calorie limit back?

Binge once a week
I no this is not a good thing but I've found I tend to eat at a defecit 6 days a week then binge once a week around 3000 calories. I still tend to loose if I do this though! I only gain if I binge over 3000 calories in one time or binge more than once a week. Has anyone else found this?
