confused about "net calories"
to make my goal weight I'm supposed to eat 1360 calories a day but then I work out and earn about 600 calories. By the end of the day I've eating 1300 calories but usually have about 600 calories left; am i supposed to eat those extra calories? am i not eating enough? Why isn't my weight going down?

Getting started again
I fell off the wagon about 8 months ago, when the calorie amount droped down to 1460 calories / day. I quess I just thought I can't do that, I was doing so well with the 1560, I was totally shocked at the new number. Anyone have any ideas how to get restarted?

When weighing my fruits and vegetables do I only calculate what I'm eating? So do I cut up the pear and weigh it? Do I remove the peel from the banana? And really, does it matter? Thanks
