Need some help with finding the right strength exercise
Hi, I'm suffering from Costochondritis which is basically a swelling in the rib joints which can hurt like hell. size in relation to weight and height
I was wondering how i fall when is comes to weight/height/size in relation to other people. I am a 5'7' woman I weigh 226.8 lbs and wear mostly 16's though in some brands i still need a 18 when i started 3 weeks ago i was 337 and wore mostly 18's with some vanity sized 16's (old navy).

I have a question, if you sat in bed for 24 hours and ate 1500 calories and didn't move and your BMR burns 2000 calories would you lose weight? I obviously don't do this but I was just curious.. It seems to good to be true lol

New member trying to lose weight in mid section...any tips?
I have just joined MFP today and need some advice/tips. I a 5'7 and weigh 187 pounds. My problem area is my midsection including back fat, stomach, and muffin top. Am I cheating??
So, I have my 1/2 cup of ice cream, then a couple hours later, I lose self-control and go have another 1/2 cup. Seeing as how this is around 3-4 am, I add the 2nd helping to the next day's food diary. Is this considered bad practice, or "cheating"?

hey, on your daily allowance calories, protein, sugar and fat ect do people just concentrate just on the calories? im trying to cut on carbs and sugar as I have a really bad sweet tooth!!
