activity levels
Hi all, Just wondering what level to set my activity at, I'm not exercising at the moment but I work in a shop so I'm on my feet but only for 4 hour shifts. According to mfp it's lightly active but I'm thinking sedentary? Also when I do start to exercise do I change this or keep it as it is? Thanks.

Sleep Apnea, anyone else have it?
I'm overweight and have sleep apnea. I cant remember the last time i had a restful sleep because I am constantly waking up not breathing.
