If you have an irregular sleep pattern..
How does one log their daily intake? I sleep at 9AM in the day and wake up at 5PM... so half my day becomes the next day! Do you consider 1 day to record calories from the time you wake to the time you sleep.. or.. if it hits midnight all the food you consume after midnight belongs to the next day?

Bathroom scale suggestions
Whats your recommendation on an accurate bathroom scale. Seems like mine is very inconsistent. I don't mind spending a little extra $ on a scale that's going to be accurate. Thanks!

TDEE and IIFYM
Just trying to make sure I'm using the best / correct figures. In MFP, is the Calories Burned from Normal Daily Activity in the Diet Profile of my Fitness Goals section my TDEE? MFP gives a figure of 1960. I also looked at IIFYM, and it gave me a higher TDEE of 2152. Which would I be better to use? I'm thinking maybe MFP…

I'm addicted to the gym.. HELP!
I love going to the gym. When I get in the zone, I can be there for three hours or more each time. I try not to stay and workout that long, but I just get so focused. I go everyday, but I've heard rumors about it being bad to go every day. Should I take rest days? Or is it okay to go seven days a week?

Afternoon slump - What do you do?
I think a lot of us experience this, around 3-4 p.m. we become tired and often crave something to boost our energy, spirits, etc. For me it's coffee, my partner in crime.
