My fitness pal and garmin vivofit
Hey guys, when i manually log a workout of my fitness pal and it goes over to garmin with the calories burnt, it goes a day ahead. So today is Monday and i logged a workout and it has moved that workout to the Tuesday. Does anyone know how to fix this so i can move that workout to the Monday?

Hard Lessons
Barely starting my new lifestyle and learned a very hard lesson. That little date meal out can cost me. Not only is is cheaper to eat at home but you won't eat half your days calories in one meal. Lesson learned.
