I just joined yesterday and decided that I would allow myself more calories at the weekend. I'm not sure it's been a good idea. Breastfeeding
I'm trying to lose weight by exclusively breastfeeding twins. Is there anyway I can adjust my calorie intake on the app to take breastfeeding into account? Nursing one baby is roughly 500 calories a day, therefore 2 babies would be 1,000.

iron and calcium stats
I currently live in the uk and as far as I know our rda's are different to the united states. The iron and calcium stats are only showing percentage, is there anyway to see the stats in mg or grams? How do I change it to see this instead of percentage?

It's morning time of Day 1 using MyFitnessPal to help count my calories so I can lose weight. I currently way the most I've ever weighed before and it's very discerning... I'm trying to lose the weight and then move to maintaining my weight after that. We'll see how this goes! Fingers crossed!

What made you want to loose weight.
With the age of 50 creeping up on me... I decided I was gonna be 50 & fabulous and in the best shape of my life! Well I'll be 49 next month & have lost 50lbs! It's taken me 18 months slow & steady still not at my goal weight but better than where I started! :) Here's to never giving up!!!

oh man....anyone else doing the Jillian Michael 30 day shred? It's free on YouTube. Holy crap it was hard. I could barely make it up the steps to lie down afterwards! Please say it gets easier!
