I am cutting and have stubborn fat around my oblique area? Recommendations for targeting that area? I’m currently doing intermittent fasting; with my workouts right at the end of my 16 hour fast. Smart trousers to fit weightlifting thighs!
I’m in the UK and really struggling to get clothes to fit my substantial thighs. Anyone got any good leads? Buying a bigger size and getting them adjusted is one option, but I’m also petite (apart from my thighs!) so I end up with some very odd looking clothes if I’m not careful! 🤣

Is this the only way to notice results, my strength training routine is typically like this: ( Monday: Legs/ Tuesday: Back and biceps/ Hump day: Legs. Thursday: Shoulders and triceps/ Friday: Legs.
