I like to eat light healthy breakfast then go on 8 mile hike with some rigor. Follow up with yoga for stretching. Then I don’t feel as guilty when I drink my beers! Lol

If everyday were like today...
I have my calories per day set at 1200 I’m confused when I go over this amount it says if everyday were like today I’d “lose” weight which I don’t. I’ve been keeping track for a long time and know if I keep my calories under 1200 I do lose so my question is...is there something in my settings that is wrong?

Calorie deficit
I feel plenty full and don’t feel the need to eat anymore but I’m still only hitting about half the recommended calories in a day. some days I am sluggish others I’m not but I’m getting about 1200-1300 in daily and can’t budge it

Always hungry.
So I’m at maintenance weight and I’m constantly hungry. The problem once i eat something I just want to keep eating. I’m currently at 1800 calories and I eat back my exercise which I track from runs etc and that adds about another 700 calories. Even with this I’m hungry all the time. Maintaining slightly above original goal
I’m wondering how many others have rebounded a little after switching to maintenance and then just decided to stay at the slightly higher weight.
