my lunch sucked today....
so i ate at arby's. I luv arby's sooo much, we only get it once in awhile. I think those calories really kicked my butt because I could not workout today. So i dont think I'm going to eat dinner. I am sooo close to losing 10 pounds I really don't want to mess it up!

Unexpected weight loss
I went on to the scales today and i have lost 11 pounds this week. I have put it down to doing 10,000 steps a day. Drinking 2 and a half litres of water each day, and eating all my exersice calories.
