This week was the most I have ever pushed myself. I worked out quite dilligently every day this week since Monday. I pushed myself longer and harder than I ever have at the gym, always leaving with a soaking wet shirt. A minimum of an hour and 15 minutes, a max of 2 hours. All cardio. No breaks.
