OMG the scale moved
After 6 months of a steady 230 pounds the scale finally moved in the right direction!!!!!! I lost 4 pounds!!!!! Anyone else have a cut off time for food?
Mine is no later than 7pm. No problem during the winter. Well, last night I was out after 8 and it was still light outside. I wanted to chow lol. I'm realizing that as it gets darker later, it's gonna be harder to stop eating when I want to. Anyone have any tips for me to not eat late?
