Heck yeah - dropped 10 lbs since I started using MFP - and thats with me just having eaten lunch and chugging a bunch of tea and water so I most likely lost a little more. No longer a licensed liar
My weight on my license said I was 125 when I wasn’t. I was probably 140 when I publicly claimed that weight. Today I am a liar no more. In fact I am less than what it says. (Part of me wants to go get another one but that’s not really rational!) Anyone else licensed to be proud?
