It's too HOT!
We're normally around 75 -80 dgrees, but yesterday and today have been 100 :explode: I can't get myself motivated to exercise today. I don't belong to a gym, I walk or bike ride. I did ride yesterday but today seems to be a bust... Suposed to be a little cooler (90's) through the weekend and then back to normal....

Plateau's over! Wow!
I wasn't expecting it, but I've lost another pound and got told today by a coworker who's been out on vacation for a week that my "face looks thinner." That's something, at least! I think Banks's interval workout is kicking things up a notch.

Lack of sleep

I have to go out and get a scale... I don't have one :frown: I was last weighed at the Dr's office 2 weeks ago ... saw that I had gone down 2 pounds from what I thought I was ... but would like to watch my progess now that I'm calculating my calories. How often do you all weigh yourselves?
