Walking in the cold burns more calories
For those that live in cold climates think of walking to be a good thing. I remember reading a couple years ago that walking in the cold helps burn more calories. Anyone else hear this and can they help by letting me know how much more.

went over calories
so...its not even 3pm and I have already gone over my calories.... I just have this great big appetite today... nothing is filling me up.. what do I do to stop my slf from causing more damage... of course stop eating....... but how do I fill my self up?
