I stuff my face when i get very angry, sad or bored....How do i stop this terrible habit?? Any suggestions?

i keep overeating
i keep overeating and i want to stop. i excercise everyday for like an hour very hard and i breastfeed but the past couple of days i been eating like 2400 calories and i havent gained no weight but i feel so guily about it. will someone please give me some advice to curb this overeating.

My first day.......
This is my first day of eating healthier. So far, so good. I just got off the treadmill for 30 minutes. It was hard, but I did it. I haven't been tempted by sweets or chips today.
