Need a granola recipe!
I looked some recipes up but the ones I keep seeing call for a lot of oil or butter. Any of you have a low cal granola recipe? The granola I currently have has 140 cals for 1/4 cup and I feel like that is a little much. Thanks in advance!!

Protein??
I am looking for suggestions on how to put more protein into my diet. I usually only have 1-2 servings of protein a day. I am hearing a lot about having protein in every meal and stack. Most of the things I am used to eating have a lot of sodium. Please share your favorite foods high in protein. Thanks

Cooking for kids and me.
My biggest struggle with meals is that I have to cook tons of stuff to satisy everyone. My husband, the kids and myself and then I end up snacking what i have cooked for them. Any advice on how to avoid this? My kids are young and I can't expect them to just eat a salad or a can of soup or fruit.
