Anxiety..
Not strictly weight loss related but I need some support. I have moderate depression and anxiety. Lately, I've been under a lot of stress with a lot of life changes, and the anxiety seems to be getting worse. As I type, I'm having an panic attack and have been, on and off, pretty much all day. I feel like I can't breathe…

Snoring! How to stop it!
My brief google research has yielded a huge spectrum of answers from the "Take XYZ wonder pill to cure your snoring" to the pessimistic "nothing works, just deal with it." I know, in my case, the amount I snore is directly related to my weight. Below a certain weight, I don't snore. But what if you or a significant other…

Sleeplessness, diet, and adhd and attitude
I have adhd. Or rather, there are times where adhd has me. I also have hypersensitivity and consider myself a highly sensitive person. Being adhd and an hsp doesn't bring me popularity; but I do my best to keep my disorderly conduct at bay. But this discussion is about diet, sleep, and how these two things affect people…

Sleep
I was just wondering how much sleep you generally get. All the fitness articles always say get enough sleep. So I am wondering how much sleep the adverage person gets. I have horrible sleep habits and should probably get to sleep sooner and wake up earlier than I do.

Chiropractors are miracle workers!
I do 10 min running 5x a week and had to stop when my knees started hurting. I went to the chiropractor and relief was immediate. If you have anything that hurts (i.e. neck, back, knees, ankles, etc.) and it's keeping you from exercising, GO TO THE CHIROPRACTOR!!!! You will feel so much better.

Eating at Night
My mother always gripes at me not to eat too late at night because it will make me fat. I'm on a weird schedule because of my SO's job, so I end up eating late on a regular basis. In fact, I generally don't eat much during the earlier end of the day. None of this seems to have affected my weight loss. What do you guys…

I have been invited to be a trainer at a health and healing retreat in October in Destin, Florida and would love input on what you would like to learn if you went to one. I have a tender spot on the inside of each knee, its been there for years and never hurts unless I press in it with my fingertip, even a light pressure will start to cause pain.
