Reflexology
Had my first reflexology session today. Best damn foot rub I ever had for the same cost of a pedicure. I've been having foot/arch pain in my right foot for a month now (along with other issues) and hoping it brings relief. However, my foot hurts like a mofo (the massage itself actually hurt quite a bit) and I feel like I…

Snoring?
I gained quite a bit of weight in the past year (the 35 back that I had worked so hard to lose. ugh), and my boyfriend told me that I snore sorta loudly. Of course I told him to wake me up or tell me to turn on my side if I'm on my back, but when I'm sleeping a lone, there isn't a way for me to tell if I'm snoring. Has…

Sleep apnea question
Sorry I didn't know where to put this! I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in August. Although I've always needed to lose weight, my biggest motivator right now is the possibility of getting rid of this stupid CPAP machine! Just curious to see people's stories on if losing weight solved their sleep apnea or not?

Tomorrow is my birthday so I'm treating myself to day off from work and a massage. I'm just getting a regular 50 minute full body massage, not a sports massage or deep tissue massage. One of the other things I'm looking forward to is having time to work out in the morning without having to get up early! But the program I'm…

Sleep
How many hours do you need to sleep a night? And if you don't sleep that amount, will it hinder your weight loss? What about if you sleep too much? I know, calories in, calories out determines weight loss, but does sleep have anything to do with it at all? I can't seem to find enough time to sleep some days, and then…

Massage
Yesterday I had a deep tissue massage. Happy Christmas to me, I know, right??? I prepared for it by nixing all forms of caffeine yesterday (no coffee, *gasp*) and drinking over a gallon of water. Chiropractor or no chiropractor
The first and last time I visited a 'back dr' was probably about 25 years ago. That night, I ended up in the emergency room and since then, have sworn off this type of healing.
