Just started...but
i only starting watching my calorie intake and trying to watch what I eat for a few weeks now. Now, as of my last weigh in on saturday I have lost a total of 7lbs. Well, I put a pair of my dress work pants on and I had to roll the waist 2x to make them FIT!!! All I can say is WOW! And this is just the beginning for me.

Weighed in this morning.... FINALLY... I got out of the 190's!!!!!! I weighed in at 187!!! WooHoo!!! I'm also proud to say that I lost the Biggest Loser Competition at work! I have an extra 180 bucks in my pocket. That calls for a new pair of Shox and some new panties! lol

Well, my first of several triathlons for the year was yesterday and I'm very happy with how I did. I finished 17 minutes faster than my goal time and 4th in my age group :drinker: (and I beat my husband) :tongue:

Yes!!!
I went to New Orleans last week for Spring Break and only managed to gain 1/2 pound while I was there, which considering that I ate and drank quite a bit was quite an accomplishment. For the first time in 2 months I have gone from a size 22/24 to a loose fitting size 16 and it feels great.I have lost a total of 28 inches off my entire body and 35 pounds as of today.So I thought I would toot my horn today and say YAY ME !! 1200 cals / day and success?
Hi Has anybody been on 1200 cals per day from start to finish and reached their goals (obviously I know to add exrcise calories where necessary).
