DAY 1
Today is the first day on this site. I only ate 1,050g Cal, 99g carbs 66g Fat, and 74g of protein. I think this site is pretty cool it helped me monitor how much I was eating today. I sure hope I keep to this.

For the first time in 2 months I have gone from a size 22/24 to a loose fitting size 16 and it feels great.I have lost a total of 28 inches off my entire body and 35 pounds as of today.So I thought I would toot my horn today and say YAY ME !! 1200 cals / day and success?
Hi Has anybody been on 1200 cals per day from start to finish and reached their goals (obviously I know to add exrcise calories where necessary).
