c25k - ok to jump right in
I have had no excercise of any kind for over a year, I found C25K and this is where I want to start but am wondering if I should take a week and do strength and cardio before jumping both feet into running or does it matter? Any help you can offer would be wonderful. :smile:

Women and swimming
Hi, at work many of us goes to swim at lunch time. I love it and will start again next week but it does a number on my hairs. I use a cap and rince my hair with water before getting in the pool. I just had to cut 8 inches of hairs because they were damaged and I am really sad about that. Any product that work? Thank you
