I recently bought a shake weight to help tone up my arms. I've only just started using this, and I'm wondering if anyone has any success stories or failures with it?

Okay so I lifted and there's no calculated calories?
Where's the calories go I burned lifting? Program seems to only list cardio burn...am I missing something?

Low Impact Suggestions
Hi everyone. I'm Barbara and a Newbie. Does anyone has any suggestions for a low impact exercise routine. I have arthiritis in my knees and even walking for a period of time inflames my knee. I know my weight doesn't help but I really want to get started. Thanks.

What to call it
I work a desk job and one day a week I am a bartender where I have to stand all night. Constantly bending, carrying, sweeping mopping...you know. I am wondering if those duties should or can be added to my excercise routine? What do you think?

Does any one know what I should log the 30 day shred as in my exercise diary? I know its cardio and strength training but it seems that I am burning more than what it says for 10 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes of strength training.... help!!:tongue:

How do you keep track of your calories?
When you are the gym and use 2 or more different machines, how do you keep track of your calories until you are done and get home to log them? Short of carrying a piece of paper and a pen I have no options anything that can be suggested would be awesome. Thanx

realistic goals
This year i am setting realistic goals to lose 3 pounds a month workout at least 3 times a week and eating 1200 calories daily. My goal weight is 125 i currently weigh 159. So any one with me? :)
