C25K
So I completed Week 2 last week and I attempted Week 3 Day 1 yesterday and I couldn't make it through either of the 3 minute runs. I have never been able to run for long periods. I have asthma and I have never been super active. Any suggestions on what might help me? My plan is to keep attempting Week 3 Day 1 until I can…

My case for exercise.
There are times in our lifetime that we intuitively sense our need for change. Our bodies are talking to us. We are tired. We are overweight. We’re not as ambitious as we once were. Yet we don’t make any changes, any real, lifelong, lasting changes. As we walk along, comfortably numb, we can look anywhere to see it…

Marathon or long distance runners....
Hey team, So I have just signed on for my first half marathon in 18 weeks. I am relatively fit but NOT a runner so I have put together a training programme to help keep me on track. Running in the rain :(
Blerg! I live in Oregon. Very cold and wet just now. I need to get out and run more often, but find the idea of facing the elements in the wee hours of morning daunting. The husband is unemployed just now so a gym membership (and access to a treadmill) is not a current option. Anyone got any tips, tricks, motivational mojo…

Pedometor
Where did you get yours and how do you wear it? I have had many different ones over the years and have never gotten them to work right. They don't count my steps or they count everytime they jiggle. I would like to have a good one that isn't going to cost an arm and a leg

Anyone got a power plate that has modes, mine has three different ones, that basically go really slow then suddenly go crazy and up to highest, it will only let you do it for 5 mins, my question is what's all that about ? Highly recommend this video! It kicked my butt (literally)!
A lot of you are probably aware that Netflix has a lot of workout videos you can stream instantly. I seem to be losing weight very quickly in my waist and not so quickly in my hips/butt/thighs, so I was looking for something that would target that area.
