Weight Lifting Help
Ive been lifting weights on machines and steadily has increased my weight when I can no longer feel the burn. But the question is: Is it better to use heavier weights and so less sets(70lbs 10 sets of 10) or less weight and complete more sets(50 lbs 20 sets of 15)?

Chocolate Milk v Strawberry Milk
I've seen it be mentioned that drinking chocolate milk after a workout is good (but I have no idea why to be honest) and I was looking in the supermarket for some but they only stock Strawberry milk. Out of the blue - I have a "catch" in my knee. I've been exercising for months, running, and doing DVDs with lots of squats and lunges. All fine. I just did the Billy Blanks Tao Bo Power workout ..which I then went to a calories burned website ..that has a calculator ....entered in 48 minutes of Tae Bo Vigorous (cuz that is DEFINETLY a work out) and it computed 1187 calories burned. Is anyone else doing the 30 day shred and logging it in their MFP exercise diary? I’m trying to keep track of all my workouts and calories burned, but I can’t find all the exercises I do in the video listed in the diary. Is there an easier way to do this? Thanks!

Dioes anyone know if you are supposed to log ~Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)~ as well as ciruit training into the exercise log when you do the 30 day shred or anything similar that adds weights into the workout? Thanks for the help!
