2.26 miles walking per day
is this good , i just worked out i do 0.565 mile to school and back ( then again in the pm to collect from school ) works out at 2.26 mile per day 5 days a week. is this a ok amount or should i do more ?, takes me 40 minutes am and 40 minutes pm

really frustrated with low calorie burn numbers
I just don't get it! I am working my *kitten* off. I pool sweat my heart rate stays at 160-180, but my numbers are still low. 240 for a 40min work out.
