If you had about $20-$40 what would you buy to help you stay fit? Like, maybe those exercise balls? or maybe some weights? a video? Or would you just save your money and not buy anything? just dance
i got a wii game called just dance (that i will do more than halfheartedly once no one is around to see how silly i look). it plays songs and shows you dance moves, and when i tried it it definitely got a sweat going. has anyone else tried it? now that i'm exercising more i'm excited to give it another try :D

When the TV doesn't work.....and when it does.

How many calories are burned at different weights?
If I did a 30 minute workout video when I was 300 lbs and was still doing the same video when I was 160 lbs, would my calorie burn be lower at the lower weight, and if so, do you know if MFP calculates a difference in burn for different weights?
