quick swimming question???
So I'm going swimming tonight, but it wont really be that much swimming involved for me cause I'll be watching my son. I will be in the pool and doing some swimming/watching/helping him. So I'm not sure if i should even log this as exercise of not? Any suggestions.

New Initiative At Work
My workplace started a new initiative to get employees to get moving and to promote a healthier lifestyle. Just curious, what is a good goal for exercise calories burned each day, and what is the average that some of you are doing? Right now I am averaging about 1000 calories burned each day when I exercise (according to my HRM) and would like to know if that's low? Thanks for input! :smile:

I am planning on using my treadmill, exercise bike, and stepper tonight in some sort of circuit type training for an hour. Any suggestions on how best to work this? Should I do 10 minutes of each then go back and do 10 more minutes of each? Is that even called circuit training if no strength is involved?
