sod the shred, i've just worked up quite the sweat moving furniture and boxes and stuff, how would you record that type of exercise? I was at it for just under an hour so got to count for something right?!

how many days do you workout?
topic says it all..... In a week how many days do you work out, and is there a reason so much/not so much/ rest days, etc? I'm doing about 4-5 days a week, but feel like crud on the days i don't, but also figure i should let my body rest some days also.

Reformer Pilates!!

The area over the hips...
I'm working my butt off at the gym and one area I can't seem to find a good workout for is that lovely area around my hips. Can anyone suggest a good workout that focus' on that area of the body. I'm out of ideas. Thank you.

Any one recommend a scale that tracks body fat and weight. maybe if i see my body fat is decreasing i wont get discouraged so easily.

cardio after a fast - how soon do I need to eat?

Hi everyone! How many more calories do you think are burned when you take your usual walks with hand weights? I walk about a mile on my lunch breaks for 100 calories...I just started using 2 lb hand weights. How many more do you think that would be?

My DVDs came this morning...
...unfortunately AFTER I already worked out. I ordered The Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout DVD and 30 Day Shred. Both arrived today. Im going to do the LCW first - it's for 6 weeks. I popped it into the DVD player this morning and it looks really kick *kitten*! I can't wait to try it tonight! Im SO excited!
