Do you know your recommended BMI and weight?
According to my WiiFit I should be just under 117 pounds. I think I would look skeletal at that weight! I just upped my goal to 129 instead of 125 to see how I look after 7 more pounds. That puts in a normal BMI range. Have you checked your recommended BMI and weight? What do you think about the suggested numbers?

calculating calories burned in exercise
I am just wondering how accurate the MFP database is, in your opinion, for calories burned? The reason why I ask is because I keep reading posts where people are saying they've burned 800, or 1,000 calories exercising... I can't imagine that, unless I am figuring something wrong. I jogged three miles today at about 12…

Stiff Muscles
They're NOT sore ... just stiff and I started to feel it all over towards the end of last week. I'm not even sure if I'm feeling as energized as I used to. heart rate monitors
May I ask how they can help you? So far I know that they let you know when you are in your target bmp (beats per minute) and so it can help you calculate how many calories you burned in a day. Does anyone know, how long you try to stay in your zone? Is it just how ever much you want to burn for the day? What do the health…

I recently bought a HRM and used it for the first time while on an elliptical machine. I programmed the HRM with my age, height, gender, and weight.
