is it ok
if i burn less calories a couple days a week then the other days i work out. the last two days i have done just weights cause its been very cold here and my knee acts up and i didnt want to hurt it by doing the cardio i usualy do. i just hope it dosent hinder my weight loss!

Bikram Yoga
Does anyone else here do Bikram yoga? It's 90 minutes of yoga in a 105 degree, humid room. It's AWESOME. It burns over 800 calories in the 90 minutes, and is SO SO good for you. I'm on my way to a class now.

I feel absolutely dumb asking this...But I don't understand the concept of eating the calories you burn. I thought that if you want to lose you shed pounds then burn calories, but if you wish to maintain then consume those burned calories? :ohwell:
