Aerobics class vs. Elliptical
Which is better? anybody know? I have a gym membership, and have not been very active lately and i want to start out doing the best thing for myself, what do you all think? The aerobics class has abs and circuit training as well as low impact exercises. :happy: :flowerforyou:

recording exercise...
hi! when you guys record your exercises for the day, do you only record the actual exercise or include other physical activites you did for the day? i.e. grocery shopping, cleaning, etc. these items are listed in the exercise section, but i'm not sure if i should include it while logging everything in for the day. thanks!

Is this realistic?
I am working out, so I won't have to buy new clothes and also, I am training to be able to lift 70lbs easily. (I want to become a stock person in a grocery store). If I only weigh about 115 lbs is this reasonable?

lower back...ouch!
so i was stupid and (probably) hyper extended my lower back during dance class. then i aggravated it by not resting, and after 2 hours of class last night, i'm not doing so good! other than rest and mild stretching, does anyone have suggestions on helping me get rid of the pain? will icing help? a hot bath? i have 2 gigs…

Walking Threw Snow
How much calories does walking threw semi deep snow burn? I ended up walking for around 30mins in around 6" of snow today, all i know is i was hot from being dressed up in my winter barn clothing and it was a pain. Was a pretty good workout though :tongue:
