Turbo Jam Calories
Hi.. I am fairly new to Turbo Jam. I've been doing the 20 minute workout. Does anyone have any idea how many calories this may burn. Should I just put it under "aerobics/high impact?" This is what I've been doing but wasn't sure if 177 calories was enough for this intense workout. ANy ideas?

I earned 1302 calories from exercise today
That's just crazy!!!!:laugh: :noway: I was in the gym for 6 hours today! I'm training for Ms. Ontario fit coming soon.....sooooo many hours of cardio/hiit, a game of squash, some step aerobics and some serious full body weight training on the bosu ball.....If I can do this YOU can do this, just gotta WANT IT!!:smile:

Workout Video Calories...help?
Does anyone know how to log a workout from a video...for example 30 day shred...I did it yesterday, but there is no option to log it in exercise section, how do I know how many calories I've burned etc. and add it to my log? help....

Just did the Biggest Loser Cardio Max for the 1st time!

How do you log exercise with the wii fit?
I'm curious how other do it. Currently I check a box for step arobics, boxing and walking to count for my wii time as those are the exercises I do but maybe there is a better way to get a closer estimate?

walking to work-not real exercise
i live a mile from work and walk everyday, which takes me about 18 min at 3.0 or so, and its very hilly. i usually carry lots of stuff-gym bag, purse, lunch food, etc. my exercise routine is usually running at least 3 miles, elliptical for at lesaet 30 min, or yoga. so i don't consider this walking as actual exercise…
