How Much Is Too Much??
So I'm coming to the end of my 2nd week on MFP and I've worked out 10 of the last 11 days ~at least 45-50 min of cardio and some sporadic strength training. My cardio was SOOOO hard to finish today. Totally exhausted! Is my body rejecting cardio?? :smile:

I've been doing the Level 1 a few times a week for the past couple weeks. I still find it tough - can't make it through the full second set of pushups (women's) and definitely feel the rest. When did you up the level? When you could do the first one quite easily? Set a date?

classifing different exercises...
i have about 12 different tae-bo workout dvd's. i pick one a day, 5 days a week. there is nothing under the exercise tab on mfp that says tae-bo. the closest thing i see is karate/judo/kickboxing. do you guys think it would be closer to that category, or list it as general aerobics? thanks for your help!

Heart rate too high???
I have the Polar F4 heart rate monitor and I have it set to show me my % of max heart rate while working out. I have noticed that when I get above 80% max, I feel like I'm going to pass out. It's hard to explain exactly how I feel, but it's not good. Where should my heart rate be when working out??
