Exercising with an injury
I recently sprained my knee while skiing. I was wondering what type of cardio exercises I can do with out putting pressure on my knee. I have been doing about 35 min of cardio 5 times a week and I don’t want to loose momentum or gain weight. Any suggestions?

Just have to say i used my Polar F6 today and i am soooooooo glad i bought this. The calories on the machines at they gym are far from being accurate.
