got in a bike ride finally!
Finally, today was not rainy or windy (too windy anyway) and the temp went above 35 this morning in time for my exercise time, so off I went! 39 degrees, 8 mph wind--brrrrr!!! Got in 19 miles anyway and burnt up 692 calories doing it with an average speed of 16.2mph--I really wanted to get back home!

subtract your BMR cals from your workout cals
Does anyone subtract you hourly BMR cals from your workout cals? For example my BMR cals per hour is about 60 and if I burn 300 during a work out, I would subtract 60 from 300 giving me 240. These are the cals I add to my allowance for the day. Any thoughts?
