Uphill Walking Calories compared to MFP's Figures
Today my walking partner edie and I realized 2 of our 4.2 miles of walking is uphill. About maybe 25% of that is a steep hill and as far as % of grade, I don't know but may can find out. I think this might change our calories burned quite a bit but possibly not enough to be concerned. What do you all think?? Thanks so…

Exercise question
I usually go to the gym once a day and run for 40 minutes at a pretty brisk pace. Is that too much exercise for one day? I do eat a lot... so I have to compensate, but I'm not sure if I should be running everyday. Any advice? Thanks!

I strength train with 5 lb weights for about 10 minutes for 3 days per week. I would say that i do have muscles, not very big, but they are there.
