despite having losing weight and gaining back my weight, i realized that my cheeks stays the same...i look chubby when i'm thin...looking chubby when i'm fat...do anyone of you guys, know how to exercise relating to the cheeks...???i want to have cheeks like the models...or is plastic surgery the only option..??

Can't even get close eating my Calories today.
I did a big run today and burned like 1300 calories and now it's like 8pm and it says I have 1000 left to eat and thats just not going to happen. Could this be why i don't loose weight? I am getting that might be the case from reading other threads?

Counting calories confusion!

Work out vs Normal burn-calories
I just did an experiment. I wore my HRM for 45 minutes before working out. I burned 80 calories. I then worked out 80-90% HR for 45 minutes I burned 322 calories I then wore my HRM for 45 minutes after my workout, doing the same as before. Do you run on a track, a trail, the street? I am trying to find places close by for when I am ready to start running... there are some parks with trails, and then of course all the schools have a regular track that would be good for starting out. I also plan to use a treadmill on the cold days

Runners Club - 11/29
Im so proud! We ran 1km today! And walked 1.5km haha But we did it! This time it took 18mins instead of 20mins! AND Ive lost 3lbs!! FINALLY down to 189lbs!! Ive been waiting MONTHS for it!! I was stuck at 192lbs for about 3months!!

got in a bike ride finally!
Finally, today was not rainy or windy (too windy anyway) and the temp went above 35 this morning in time for my exercise time, so off I went! 39 degrees, 8 mph wind--brrrrr!!! Got in 19 miles anyway and burnt up 692 calories doing it with an average speed of 16.2mph--I really wanted to get back home!
