does anybody rollerblade?
I love to rollerblade. It is a great workout. When I looked up on the database how many calories it burns in an hour, it game a number that seem too high (over 700). I usually do some hills and go at a moderate speed on flat roads. Anybody have an idea if this is close or way off? Thanks and have a fit day.

I am confused, at the gym I use the elliptical, I put in my weight and as I am working out it checks my heart rate, however it tells me the total calories I burned is 326 and my hrm says 236...should I just ignore the machine and go with my hrm???? anyone else ever have this problem?:ohwell:

I wanted to know how many calories I should log for swimming. I swam for 40 mins and did about 23 laps of breast stroke. The pool should be about 20m. Any guess? I would say I did it moderate strength.

So everytime I exercise...
I gain weight, which I am sure is water weight. But if I take off a week of exercising I lose about 2 pounds...they just fly off. And as soon as I start again, bam they are back. So which is my "true" weight. My weight after a week of light walking, etc. , or my weight after a week of daily 3 mile runs?
