training for a triathalon ?'s
I am wondering if anyone has tips or advice on training? I jog 3-5 miles per day as it is, and ride my bike 3 times a week ususally around 13 miles no problem, the swimming however is a major weakness!!! Also any diet suggestions??? Thanks!!!!!!!!

Problems breathing
I just got back from a bike ride and towards the end it felt like my throat was closing up and I started to wheeze. I had to slow my pace down and try not to panic and slow my breathing so I could breathe again. Does that happen to anyone else? What was happening? This has happened before, but not often.

I can't exercise for 7 days
I had eye surgery and I can't exercise for 7 days. This has been really hard for me because I go to the gym mon-fri...and its hard to not eat those calories. I can't wait till I can go back to my work our routine wish me luck I don't put some weight back on:cry:

while on my way for a run, I got derailed to cut all the hedges, by hand, four huge rows or 'em....after I did some upper body weights.....can you say lead arms? I was at it about an hour...and now I'm dizzy lol....any idea how much that would burn....or even better does anyone have that site that has all those cals burned…

Is this ok?
Is it ok to break up my exercise... Say I do the staionary bike for 10mins... Take a break... go back to it later for another 10mins... Cause after 10mins I am dead on the easiest pace and it still feels too hard!! Will it work just as well? Or should I try and press through and die? hahaha Well feel like dying hahaha

Mowing lawn
I just cut the grass for about 1 hr 50 mins, obviously I had to stop and empty the grass holder etc.. but Id say I was moving the lawn mower for at least 1 hr if not more. On the exercise sheet it said that I burned 468 calories for 1 hour, this seems high or is it right?

cheating on the treadmill
at the end of my workouts, i like to go on the treadmill at a speed of 3.0 and an incline of 15. i figure its a great way to burn extra calories and stretch the legs. but i noticed its much easier walk at a high incline if your holding the side of the machine. am i losing effiency when i do this and cheating myself out of…
