Wow, Can't believe how many calories I burned.
I was doing some heavy duty gardening/ yard work today for hours and hours. Yumm, Saturday. Sleeping late and farmer's market. Yesterday, I did outside yoga for an hour. Burned 225 calories. It was in the lower 90s and high humidity - almost all standing poses. calories burned
I was just wondering if you should count the calories you burn while shopping (food, clothes, ect.) The reason I ask is because shopping for me is only a once a week thing, and I didnt know if that would count as part of my regular burned calories or if i should record it as exercise.

Rest Day?
So I am just not feeling it today and i usually only take one "rest" day a week from cardio. however, when I take more than one rest day a week i feel so horrible about myself! agggh.. maybe i'll go for a walk outside and get some sun after lunch?

Amazed at calories burned!!
I mowed the lawn yesterday and I used a riding mower for 2 hours. Is it really possible to burn 342 calories just by riding a lawn mower? New here and not sure how to log my exercise...
I go to Curves and workout, and I am not sure how to log that here. Its both strength and cardio, and I dont know reps or anything. What is the best way for me to track it? Or should I just not track it and know I have earned those extra calories? I want to be thorough as much as possible.

Maintainace calories - WOW
I just switched to maintainace calories because I am doing a triathlon on Sunday. :happy: That's a lot more calories!!! :noway: Kinda scary but I want to have enough energy to do my best. I am glad to see a few extra because I am also exercising a little less to taper for the big day. Otherwise I'd be starving.
