water retention on rest days...
Does anyone else have this problem? I have kicked up my exercise as I am currently training to walk a Marathon. On the days that I rest and dont do the walking I am retaining water in my feet , ankles and legs. I have never had this happen before. Many times it's hard to fit in more than 20 minutes at a time because I have a 2 year old and a 5 month old. There will be days when I can get a longer stretch.
