How many calories burned today???????????
I could not believe but already this morning I burned 1300 calories. I ran 5 miles (9 min miles) and did Jari Love get ripped 1000, the tape says you burn 1000 calories but I estimate 800 with my size and stuff. Exercises that burn 200 calories at home?

When I go to enter the cycling classes I take, it says "moderate effort", "vigorous effort", or "very vigorous effort". What constitutes the varying degrees? My heart rate? Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. :happy: Thanks.

Why do I feel sick when I lift weights?

I saw threads for running and yoga and just about everything else. But no walking! So here it is. Today I did one mile. I'm doing the Walk Away the Pounds videos (have toddler and can't go outside due to snake infestation of area during summer :angry: ). It was pretty easy, but I definitely worked up a sweat!
