Last day off---Mothers day

May 29 MFP Runner's Club
Good morning, I am so happy, although my daughter had me up again last night, I still got out of bed for my run. I feel great cuz I ran my 5 miles 2 minutes faster than normal. Yeah!! I added a few sprints which will help me increase my speed in the long run. Hope you all get the chance to run today. Mireille

Can anyone suggest a great dance/workout DVD?
I'l like to get a great dance/workout DVD. Maybe one with different levels to work up to. I heard Paula Abdul's was good but needs to be done on a wood floor, not carpet. Any suggestions??? Oh yeah, no bellydancing please, my family would bust a gut laughing so hard.:laugh:
