Salad Dressing Alternatives
I love salad.. just with tons of dressing :( The taste of lettuce with only a few teaspoons of dressing makes me want to gag, but I need to incorporate salads into my diet (they're easy to prepare, not expensive, good for you, etc.) Can you guys list your alternative ideas/dressings/fixings to salads??

Guilty pleasure?
I'm honestly just curious. Anything that is not necessarily good for you that you either can't resist or have the hardest time resisting. For me, it's Nutella. The last time I tried (but failed) to lose weight, it was Hot Cheetos. I'm not really a big fan anymore.

Do I have to count it?
Fruits and Vegetables? Do I really have to log those into MFP? I did Weight Watchers last year and was successful on it, but I didn't have to track fruits or veggies. Those were always considered "free" points or calories to promote eating more of them.
